Northern Middlesex Council of Governments, on behalf of the Northern Middlesex Stormwater Collaborative, needs consultant to support Merrimack Revive: A Vision for Regional Resilience. This multi-phase initiative addresses flooding, water quality, and infrastructure challenges across 13 watershed communities. Consultant will develop a watershed-scale hydrology and hydraulics (H&H) model, integrate available GIS datasets, and provide technical inputs for a regional culvert prioritization framework. Deliverables must document data sources, methods, and assumptions.

MAPC seeks consultant to translate Boston Region MPO data and analysis into actionable, localized strategies and corridor project designs. Staff to the MPO, Central Transportation Planning Staff, will work with the consultant to prioritize 3 to 5 high-crash corridors and develop strategies and projects with the greatest need and potential for impact. Deliverables are conceptual designs and cost estimates for quick-build and longer-term improvements on a subset of the region's most dangerous and risky roads.

Concord seeks a consultant to update its 2020 Climate Action and Resilience Plan. The Plan will serve as a comprehensive strategy for addressing climate change in Concord and will identify targeted policies, programs, and projects to mitigate the Town's contribution to climate change, with the goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions 85% by 2050 from the baseline established in 2008 and prepare Concord for the impacts of climate change. Budget is $75,000.
